That’s Charmaine Balcerzak’s philosophy. A hairdresser for the past 20 years, Charmaine spreads the uplifting feeling that comes with looking and feeling good.

Education

Charmaine graduated from Regis University and received her MBA with an emphasis in Marketing. Charmaine travels extensively in pursuit of the latest fashions and styles. Believing continuing education is vital to better serve her clients, she studies such famous Chicago leaders in hair and beauty as Tony and Guy and Pivot Point. She attends nationally recognized hair shows in Orlando,

Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Chicago for inspiration.

In addition to the salon, Charmaine owns another business in the salon / spa and entertainment marketing industry. She is the owner of Allure / Entertainment Marketing Communications, LLC and is a marketing professional who specializes in helping businesses increase their bottom line. She helps increase their knowledge of marketing and guides them to success. She has also had the pleasure with meeting and interviewing some of the top stylist in the world and continues to do so.

Experience and our Team

Charmaine is a Master Colorist and Hairstylist. Voted nationally in the Inspire Hair Fashion Book She also specializes in updos for special occasions such as weddings, proms and homecomings. Charmaine has also worked with Actors and Actresses doing their hair and make up for film productions and enjoys working with such great actors.

Regina is a Master Colorist and Hairstylist. Regina, has been a licensed cosmetologist in the state of Colorado for over 20 Years. Some of her accomplishments have been working as an educator for Matrix. As an educator, Regina would go to different salons in the Denver area updating the stylist on the latest hair color, products and trends from Matrix. As an educator Regina would work the local hair shows and help the platform artist with models by prepping them for the hair show, by coloring and styling the models hair and applying their makeup.

Regina's specialities are helping clients find that perfect cut, color and style. She enjoys the transformation clients receive from finding that perfect look, whether it be a total transformation or simply finding a new way to style their existing look.
